From Elkton: From Route 40 in Elkton, take route 213 South, over the Chesapeake City Bridge, to the South Village Shopping Center.  Turn right into the shopping center, the library is on the left.

 From points south:  Follow route 213 north past Bohemia Manor High School to the South Village Shopping Center, just before the Chesapeake City bridge. Turn left into the shopping center, the library is on the left.
