From I-95: Take exit 100 (North East/Rising Sun).  Go South on Route 272 towards North East.  At the third red light turn Right onto West Cecil Avenue.  The library is in the next block on the left.

 From Route 40: Turn south into North East at the intersection of Route 40 and Route 272.  At the next stop light turn Right onto West Cecil Avenue.  The library is in the next block on the left.

 From Route 272 South:  After entering the town of North East, turn left at the intersection of 272 Mauldin Avenue and Cecil Avenue.  The library is two blocks down on the left.
