When pet-owners leave town or work long hours, they are always faced with the problem of what to do with their pets.  Taking them to the kennel is a choice, but having the option to let them stay at home has some real appeal to pet owners.   Pets that can remain at home are probably less disturbed by the absence of their owners because they are in a familiar environment.  In addition, Pet and Home Minders can also watch a home while its owners are away---picking up newspapers and mail, checking on any possible household problems and just keeping a watchful eye on the home and the pets.

Brenda and Lisa felt this was a need they could turn into a business.    Pet and Home Minders is their partnership.  They are both pet owners and are comfortable with handling complex problems like dealing with blind pets, deaf pets, aging pets, and pets that need medication.  The two of them are the providers of pet care; they do not hire independent contractors.  The price for their service is based on the number of visits per day.  Further information about pricing and their service can be found on their website.   Taking care of homes and running errands for homeowners is also part of the service that they offer.  They can pick up your mail, check for problems with plumbing, change your lighting, etc. while you are away.

“We want the customer to be able to ask for anything reasonable.”

Brenda and Lisa are bonded and will visit potential clients in their homes for a free consultation.
