Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees for the Cecil County Public Library is conducting a search for candidates to be considered for appointment to the Board. The Board seeks to fill a vacancy for a Board member from the North East region and will be conducting its interviews in October.  The deadline for applications is October 7th.  Please click here for more information.

 

The Board of Library Trustees is a citizen board appointed by the County Commissioners to plan for and operate Cecil County’s public libraries. Trustees serve a five-year term.

 

Board Meetings are usually on the second Monday of the month at 4:00 pm. Meetings are open to the public and are held in the small meeting room of the Elkton Central Library Branch.
