Board of Trustees

The Board of Library Trustees is a citizen board appointed by the County Commissioners to plan for and operate Cecil County’s public libraries. Trustees serve a five-year term.

 

Board Meetings are usually on the second Monday of the month at 4:00 pm. Meetings are open to the public and are held in the small meeting room of the Elkton Central Library Branch.
