Library Associate II - Technology Trainer, Perryville Branch

The Cecil County Public Library seeks a highly motivated, technically savvy college graduate interested in a career opportunity serving the public. CCPL is currently hiring a full-time (37.5 hr/wk) Technology Trainer at the Perryville Branch Library. Under the Direct Supervision of the Adult Services Librarian and in coordination with the Digital & Training Services Librarian, the Technology Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering technology training to the public and staff. Provides information services and readers advisory to patrons of all ages.

 

Requires BA/BS, previous teaching/training experience (all ages), excellent computer, customer service and communication skills. Regular schedule includes day, evening and weekend hours. Travel throughout Cecil County required. Starting salary is $30,205.18 per year. EOE. Position open until filled.

Are you well organized and detail oriented? The Shelving Clerk performs routine manual work shelving library materials of all types. Cecil County Public Library is currently hiring a part-time Shelving Clerk at the Chesapeake City Branch.

 

Regular 19 hr/wk schedule is Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm, Friday 9am-12pm. No evening hours available. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills. HS diploma or GED required. Starting salary is $8.99 per hour. EOE. Position open until filled.

CCPL is currently hiring a part-time (25 hrs/wk) Library Associate with a focus on Adult Services at the Cecilton Branch Library.

 

Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the Library Associate will provide information services and readers advisory to patrons of all ages and develop and conduct library related programs for adults. May handle day-to-day operations in a library branch. Requires BA/BS, excellent customer service, communication and computer skills. Regular schedule includes day, evening and weekend hours. Starting salary is $15.49 per hour. EOE. Position open until filled.
