Any parent of a child with autism, Asperger's, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, or another developmental disability knows that special-needs kids are often fussy eaters. What's worse, these parents have often been told to avoid feeding their kids common ingredients such as gluten and casein-no small feat when you're trying to provide the essential nutrients every child needs.
