Caught
Harlan Coben's new thriller, Caught proves to be another one of the author's page turners. Wendy Tynes, television reporter extraordinaire is determined to bring down sexual predators. Her show "Caught in the Act", which is very successful, uses a sting operation to catch the predators. However, the case of Dan Mercer is very different and he maintains his innocence until he is found dead. Has Wendy accused an innocent man or is this the case of the guilty always maintaining their innocence? Enter the case of Hailey McWaid; a 17 year old lacrosse player, a good girl headed to college who has been missing for three months. There are not any leads on Hailey's disappearance until her cell phone is found under Dan Mercer's bed. What connection did Dan Mercer have to Hailey? Did he abuse her and kill her? Caught is not only a thriller that keeps you guessing, but it also raises questions about entrapment and other issues surrounding sexual predators. Definitely a good read for suspense fans.

What a great read! I am a huge fan of Coben's, and he did not disappoint. I won't spoil the ending, but I will say that it had me guessing right up to the very last page.
