I love Taste of Home recipes, and the new "Taste of Home: Mom's Best Made Easy" cookbook is wonderful. Most of the recipes have simple ingredients, are really easy to prepare, and they taste good. The cookbook chapters are divided by categories: breakfast, snacks, main courses, side dishes, and desserts; then, by time of preparation: 10 minute dishes, 30 minute meals; and the two final chapters are best weeknight meals and holiday menus. There are plenty of pictures, which is always a plus.
"Taste of Home" magazine has always had appealing recipes because each recipe is submitted by a different person who wants to share their love of cooking and food with someone else. Putting the recipes together in menu plans is really helpful in the weeknight meals and holiday menus. Please take a look at "Taste of Home Mom's Best Made Easy" and enjoy fixing some family favorites without spending too much time in the kitchen.
