Cecilwood Mini Film Festival

Put your directing talents to work and submit a 5 minute or less original film to the library's fourth annual "Cecilwood: A Festival of Short Films." On Thursday, May 23rd at 6:30pm, we will have our own mini version of the Academy Awards with a public viewing of the film finalists and prizes for the winners.

 

 

Theme

This year's Cecilwood theme is "In a Word." All films should be titled one word and the film should be based on that word. Your word could be a person, place, thing, emotion... The sky is the limit, so get creative!

 

 

The Rules and Requirements

Anyone who appears in the film, including the director, must complete a CCPL Photo Release form. All Directors should review the following paperwork and complete required forms to be included with the submission:

 

 

 

Submissions are due Monday, May 6th to Elkton Central Library by 8pm. Contact the Elkton Central Library Information Desk at 410-996-5600 ext. 481 for more information.
